Enterprise licensing / configuration

Hi, I just tried Start8 beta 0.98 and I like it a lot.  I am a consultant and have a lot of customers, including some enterprise folks, who have been reluctant to even try Windows 8 because of the metro UI. 

Windows 8 is designed for tablets with the desktop experience as more of an afterthought.  Start8 puts the desktop back in front and de-emphasizes the metro elements.  By allowing us to boot to desktop and turning off the hotspots, business users can comfortably step in to a Windows 8 environment without much of a learning curve.  It is a huge win, and I wonder why Microsoft didn't provide this capability themselves.

So, now that Start8 appears to be the way forward, what are the options for SMB and Enterprises who want to deploy this on a larger scale?  More specifically are there group policies or central configuration tools to apply a consistent theme across all machines?
