Fences 2.0 stealing focus

Since the last update, which seems to address many issues (thanks!) I have noticed that the desktop has begun stealing the window focus- say I'm typing a long document or reading a long blog post, the focus will jump from the currently open window to the desktop. Not a deal-breaker, but a major annoyance if you arew a hunt'n'peck typist like me and look up and half your work was never input (that happened while typing this)- or you go to scroll down a document and the current window no longer has focus.
