Start 8 doesn't work at all

Hello,

Today I bought start8 and installed it.

I can see the processes in my task manager. But it doesn't start..

I have windows 8 pro 64x on my MSI CX620.

Maybe there is a fix for it, but i couldn't find anything.

Have you opened the configuration UI?

Start8Config.exe if you are missing the shortcuts. It should ask you to unlock it and then it will be operational.

Yes it is running in the background processes, but doesn't open.

I rebooted my laptop multiple times, and removed it and re-installed it.

It looks like Start8Config is getting stuck when starting up which is odd as thats just the configuration utility.

Could you contact [email protected] so they can get some more information from you on your setup etc.

After a fresh install of windows 8 pro and installing the latest start8 v1.01, it works like a charm!
