Trinity: No 'Back' button for Options

I just bought and installed Trinity. There is no 'Back' button for options, no option to start a game, and no option to switch between 'small' 'medium' and 'large' maps.

I think it might be a resolution issue, so I edited the users.setting but that will not effect the game's resolution.

The game is fully patched, has been re-downloaded and re-installed.

Yeah that's a resolution issue. If you can't change it, you may need to manually change your resolution in the user.settings file to something your PC can support.
