Activation Failed

I have used as trial for 30 days and now i bought it.

When i click on I have serial and i put right email password and serial i receive an error:
 "the activation program could not communicate with the server"

this is the log:

i removed the avast antivirus

i disabled the windows firewall

i disabled the proxy options in IE

i told to IE to accept all the cookies

i run start8 ad admin

nothing works

i have tried the web activation here http://activate.stardock.com/

i have uploaded the text file in C:\Users\pippo\Documents

but i receive this error
