start menu font rendering issue

I was using Splashtop on my iPad to remotely control my PC and the Start8 (1.03) start menu was barely readable because of a font rendering issue. Closing and reopening the start menu did not help. Opening the Start8 options dialog and "touching" the "disable translucency" option fixed it, until the next day, when the issue reappeared.

It looks like Splashtop is causing the DWM to reset which is triggering this problem.

If you use a theme other than the solid default theme you should be fine, or if you change any settings in the software it should resolve the issue,

I will make sure the next build resolves this problem with Splashtop.
