New SINS Rebellion patch not downloading from Steam...

Anybody else having this problem?

I've restarted Steam, restarted the Windows Steam update client service, verified the files and still nothing.

Anything I'm missing?

Hmm. No idea really. I'd contact Steam tech support on that one.
