I payed and wont upgrade

HI last week i pay the $5 to upgrade to the full Start8 start menu and when i was about to copy the activation code my pc restarted to install the update but when it booted back up it was the same as before and my registration can not be found and telling me i made no purches. I check the bank and the payment did go through. I send a email but i stll haven' t gotten a response...My 30 days are not up but what can i do any help
