Will not load

I upgraded to Windows 7 to Windows 8. At the same time I upgraded to Fences 2.0. The program absolutely does not work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It will not load and when I go to the exe file it states it needs to be re-installed.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?
