How to phase jump VR starbase?

The wiki says that the VR starbase can phase jump but whenever I tell it to go to another sector, I get a warning that this is not possible.

I checked all the upgrade option tooltips and all the tooltips of all the researchable tech... but I probably overlooked something there. Can you help me with that?

You need to research Starbase Mobilization in the Civic tree, a tier 8 tech requiring phase stabalization. Then all your starbases can jump.

Also, while the wiki guys try their best, its not always the most accurate source, especially with subjective assessments about what's good to use and what is not (often because patches change this). Best to ask here. :thumbsup:
