Is it possible to have the Win+X menu in the right hand side of start menu, like the administrative tools?

Edit: Found it, Start8/Configure/Advanced - added group3 from win+x menu, C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WinX\Group3
