I get a some text corruption when I switch to another user then switch back to the original user. I'm using Win 8 64bit with Start8 version 1.03a. Please see the image below for an example.
That looks to be 1.03 rather than 1.03a as 1.03a specifically addressed that issue.
You may want to consider installing the 1.09 beta as that is even newer and again has the fix for that.
Also to fix the issue without a new build, just change any settings in Start8 config and the menu will be fine until you switch user accounts again.
It was version 1.03. I thought I had upgraded to 1.03a, but it didn't work the first time. Version 1.03a fixes the problem.
