Why Do Fences in 2.0 Keep Shrinking?

I have a few fences, not all, that shrink so the slide bar appears all the time and you have to stretch the width to fix.

Is this a bug or just me, I'm in Windows XP Pro SP3?

Is there a download available somewhere so I can go back to the previous version?

If you use SDC, it auto archives. So you may have it somewhere on your Computer. I think the default is in shared documents/stardock, on XP.

I have very little in shared docs but

I've looked high and low and I don't see it anywhere.

Well, my trial period's over today and it seems my problem with the Fences' shrinking width was nerver addressed and I don't see how I can purchase a program that doesn't work on my old Dell with XP.

 

Have to uninstall now.
