Switch User Problem

Hello. 

 

i seem to be having some problems with the switch user icon on the start8 menu. I see it there, but when i click on it, it just doesnt do anything!

Which version of Windows 8 are you using?

We have discovered why this is and it should not be a problem with future updates when on certain versions of Windows 8.
