Cannot create a folderView

Hello. When I try adding a folderview tab from add>tab>folder tab, the program asks me which folder to select. On selecting a folder and clicking "Open", it simply opens that folder in the folder selector. This continues forever until I cancel the process. I seem to have no way to actually get it to 'select' a folder. Have tried just about anything possible in the UI. The folder I am trying to add resides at d:\programming\smalltalk\pharo\.

It's odd, but you need to select a file in the folder.

Just rag folder onto dock then change setting if you need to.
