Where's the Support?

I have purchased Fences and twice so far have submitted a support email request. All I get back is unhelpful "automated" replies giving me a ticket number. Thats it.

I have a simple question that needs an answer. Why after about 1 week do I not have one helpful response?  

The best software is useless without good support.

There are 'several people' who have managed recently to have issues with some of the software so you will need to be a little patient.

If it's a 'simple question' it possibly can be answered here instead...;)
