Needing old patch for use of compatible mods

Hello! I recently downloaded Rebellion from steam, I had the newest patch since download (v1.1). My question is, Where can I go to download an old patch and where do i go to replace it? Any help is appreciated! :D 

The mods I'm referring to are: Distant Stars, Maelstrom

The only way you can downgrade is if you already had the patch and made an archive of it, that's just steam for you. I don't know if it's possible for someone to share such an archive with you, but I wouldn't get your hopes up of even finding someone who has one assuming it is possible. You'll just have to wait until whatever mod it is gets updated.

Distant Stars does work by the way. Not well but it does work. You may have to go through a few mini dumps in the beginning. We are trying to find out why.

Well, when I hit apply for both of them, the game will restart and go to that loading screen with the Rebellion fist. It'll stay there forever and nothing changes, if that's a mini dump then they take forever.

If you alt-tab out you can see the MD. Also, if you turn up the volume you can hear the ding it makes. And you will have to suffer one or two or three before it kicks in right. Not sure why though.
