Editing help

I'm a little confused over some files

Info! I have the game on steam so that will change the file directory!

Hello, I've been playing for awhile but I've never took time to play a long game and unlock the full potential of a big war so I tried to edit some files to give me extra cash. I tried to find my saved game file but I didn't I then found the Gameinfo file and edited some things in there but nothing changed the rate or volume of my cash.

 

Where do I go to edit such things as how much many capital ship crew I have and how much money I have? I want a game where everything is possibly maxed out so I can see everything and make a big war:)

 

So all that in a sentence.

I would like to find the file where I can edit my money and other options.

Use the Developer exe in the Steam install location

Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion Dev.exe

typically in 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion

Annotated Guide to the Developer.exe

 

 

Do not edit files in the install directory, make a mod.

C:\Users\myfist0\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.1

Cash is set in the maps, but easiest with the DEV.exe. Same with spawning ships.
