[BUG] Desktop won't close through charms bar if "disable bottom left hot corner when the taskbar....." is enabled

Hi all, just bought start8 and is great a part this small bug (i'm on 1.1 beta): 

If i go in configuration--->desktop---> and enable "disable bottom left hot corner when the taskbar overlaps it" the desktop became very difficult to close throug the charm bar, i'll try to explain better:

 if i try to close the desktop by swiping down from the CENTRE of the monitor the app won'r go down, instead if i swype down from the edge the desktop will normaly close and the start menu will happen. Hope that will fixed soon (i'm on win8 x64)

if the option is not ticked everything works normally!
