Disable Metro UI

Hey guys, Just want to give a massive thank you for fixing Windows 8. Just wanted to ask if there is anyway to completely disable Metro UI, I do not like how it open it self when I open a PDF file or preview a picture or watch a video.

You can install non-metro apps to do those tasks and you won't go to Metro
