Display 'All Programs' in Multiple Columns?

Is it possible to display 'All Programs' in multiple columns? You know, for 'power users' who have more than 6 or so programs. I'm hoping your Start8 product has that feature. I am not ready to switch to Windows 8 without it. Thanks.
