support is ignoring me

I have had SINS trinity for years now and no problems. I recently had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall everything. SINS is crashing on me. I opened a support ticket and was told to uninstall and download a updated game. I was asked for my key so it could be regestered. I sent it on Dec. 13. It is now almost a month later and still no responce. My game is not registered. I have sent 2 follow up messages but no responce.

Support is currently backed up due to the holiday. Please also note that the support queue sorts in order of least recent activity, so sending additional mails resets your place in line as well. If you post your ticket number though someone should be able to check its status.

That doesn't look like a stardock support ticket ID.  They usually start with some letters.

What e-mail address did you contact regarding your problem?

Hi.

I see no ticket for you nor do I see a purchase of Sins associated with the email you use in the forums.

More information might be helpful.

You should be emailing [email protected], not [email protected]

They get routed differently.

Having said that  . . the issue is fixed.
