Not able to acces to settings to change skins, reflections, tabs, ect.

I am n.ot able to do anything with my objectdock plus. No reflextions, skins, no color for tabs. I don"t understand. I have windows 7 64 bits. The settings do not open. I can't custumize icons except change somme shorcuts. I am displeased. Someone can help, please?

Update. I did a système restauration. Then I installed a free version that works fine ! I will keep this for know until I hear from support.
