Locking Fences

I created a portal fence then moved it inside the fence where the file is located. A few days later, I can't act on the portal (move / delete / close) nor can I move / delete any fences. I looked for a lock unlock option but can't find it.

Is this a software problem or do I need instructions for locking fences?

Solved by unlocking fences in configure fences / view.
