I have no idea what's wrong!

I have been having problems with Sins Of A Solar Empire. Firstly, when I click the shortcut created by installing the game, nothing happens. Secondly, I have reset my Impulse password, but the Impulse updater says that my password is wrong. Lastly, when I DO get the game to work, I can get as far as the loading screen and then the game crashes, with an error message about recording a mini-dump.

Any ideas guys? I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate.

You would need to contact GameStop support regarding any Impulse issues, but for the game itself, please email [email protected].

Tried that, every time I request a new password, they send me a blank email. I have emailed Stardock and received no reply.

EDIT: I have registered for a GameStop App account, which ALSO tells me my password is wrong, despite having registered for the account not 10 minutes prior. Is there a department I can speak to about getting my money back?

Did you try downloading Sins from the Stardock downloader?

No, mine was a retail copy because where I live, we only get about 1 MBp/s and it would have taken about 2 weeks to download the whole game. I have tried resetting my Impulse password and logging in, but like I said, it tells me my password is wrong (which it isn't).
