Cannot activate ObjectDock 2

Wonder if anyone has any ideas. When trying to activate the above I receieve the message Maximum Activations Reached. How is this so as I have purchased this product so I should be able to re install.

Have contacted support two days ago but all I have received is an automated response email and nthing else.

Any help would be most appreciated

Thanks for the reply but still states "Maximum Activations Reached" and "SD Activation Failed", after uninstall/reinstall. There is also no such folder or file in either C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Registrations or the product's program directory.
