Maxium activations reached

After free version of ObjectDoc I purchased the Plus-Version of this nice extension.

On one PC i have to work with win7 and win8.

Neither on win7 or win8 i can activate ObjectDocPlus. I try it a sevaral times.

Always the message "Maxium activations reached" is shown.

Is there any solution?

Unfortunately i get no response of my support ticket
