Does anyone have this problem?

I am having a big problem trying to keep playing, this is the situation, I attacked one of the minor races, I defeated them and I went to the screen where you can dialogue with them, and offered them peace treaty in exchange for all their planets, they accepted, but every single time I try to leave that screen to resume the game, I get kick out of the entire game back to windows, any help? or any soultion?

Sounds like a pretty reproducable bug...send the saved game (folder and ".sav" file) to [email protected] or [email protected] and we'll take a look into it Thanks.

Sorry for not sending the game yet, I will do it tomorrow morning, I just was trying to get the right point that way you will not need to go too many steps, I have already exactly at that point. Do I jsut attached the file to an e-mail and then send it to you?
