The clock on the start screen is displaying in military time. How do you change that?

Phoon, I saw that question asked in IRC today.  The answer was you can not change at the present time but they will look at including it.

Woah! Looks like the Wall paper I've been using (that I posted a pic of, but better I must admit.) Anyways...Can you guys figure how to change the "Start" text on the Metro skin? There used to be a hack to do so but it stopped after RTM/Release of Win8. What are the chances of that ever being added to Decor8.

 

 I know it's not the purpose of Decor8, but it would be nice to have.

 

I'd Like to be able to edit or even "remove" the "Start" text.
