We have emailed multiple times, submitted Support Tickets but no response 

Please respond - you have charged and completed the charge on our Credit Card - see image

And we have received no Order Confirm and no serial numbers fro 1 X Stardock and 1 x Decor8

develteam ... please only send ONE email and await response.  When multiple emails are sent timing in the queue is taken from the LAST sent, not the first.

Each subsequent email prolongs a response.
