No effects in Firefox Why?

Hi folks,

yesterday I've downloaded the great program cursor Fix Plus. When AIMP Player and Firefox but unfortunately there are no effects.

Why is this and how can I not get it.

Without more information it's rather difficult to assist you (or know what is going on).

CFX version?

Versions of the other related apps?

Links to the apps in question?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. So which version is 2.11. The "left" to the applications such as e.g. Firefox come from the desktop. So the usual link.
What they mean by "OS"? Please enlighten.

I hope what you can do with it ...

OS is operating system.

For the other apps, go to Help > About

Also . . you need to tell us where we might get the "Fix Plus"  and "AIMP Player"

o.k. I've expressed very incomprehensible. For that I apologize before.

My operating system is Windows 7 SP1
The version of stardock is: CursorFX 2.11
The player is Misik AIMP 3

With the "support ticket" is such a thing.? I'm supposed to pay 22 €, I do not want?

Request for further explanation of what "support ticket" is?

I've found!! The effects work. And "Open Administrator" but with, very easy. You just have to get on that?
