[Feature Request] Hotkeys for spells on strategic view

Every time i terraform the lands of my empire I am wondering if there is (or if it could be added) a hotkey function for spells in the strategic view. Opening the spellbook, scrolling down to raise/lower lands, click, repeat - thats a bit tedious for a huge mountain

It would be nice to have something similar to the hotkey function of the tactical combat view.

A hotkey bar we can put spells into and set to a <cnt> # key or something would be great. I don't think there's anything like that yet, if there is an hour worth of searching on my part hasn't turned it up.
