[0.51] bug - Tireless March can't be re-cast after dispelled

I just got Ascian for the first time, and was very surprised he only had 2 moves (all cats have at least 4, shouldn't he/she/it?). So, I dispelled Tireless March from my sovereign, so I could cast it on the ninja kitty, and while it's dispelled, I'm unable to re-cast it as it's still greyed out in my spellbook.

 

Ascian should have 3-4 moves

Tireless March should be able to get re-cast if dispelled (and I think it should be able to be cast on multiple targets, but that's balance rather than a bug)

Gee, that bug has been hanging around.  It was meant to have been fixed.

It was listed as having been fixed in the .51 changelog.

Fixed an issue keeping players from casting Tireless March on a new unit after it has been dispelled

Yes.  A bug is not usually from .51 if the game was not Started in 0.51.  Games keep most settings from the version/settings when they are started.

Finished a game of 0.51 and was able to dispell Tireless march and re-cast it. This bug should be fix unless you carried on a game of 0.50
