[.80 BUG] Pit of Namtur caves say they give +1 Fame for clearing but they do not

There are two kinds of caves in the Pits of Namtur. Some caves are cleared by moving onto the tile. Other caves require you to enter the cave and fight monsters. This problem only applies to the caves that are cleared without fighting.
