Imbalance between Tarth and Urxen...

...or more specifically, why does Urxen have officially four points in racial characteristics? Since stealth was made a 2 pointer, tarth got nerfed with rebellion; maybe taking away Urxen armour would fit in with their assassin/swarming goblin theme?

They haven't really worked on Urxen/Capitar. Hopefully those races get a rework before the release.

Urxen might be balanced by vuln fire/resist cold.
