No, it isn't. What skin are you applying? Is this a new install of WindowBlinds?  If not a new install, did it work before? Trial or paid?

Open WB's and go to About WindowBlinds and copy/paste the info here.

I have tried several different blinds and none of them will skin it it is all new new computer new install of paid for window blinds I did try the trial version and did not uninstall before running the paid version and thought that was the problem downloaded cccleaner and did a uninstall that way and it did not fix the issue I then did a rollback of entire system and still not working right.

When you ran CCleaner did you run the registry cleaner and then reboot before reinstalling WindowBlinds?  Somewhat important to do both.   :sun:

Ok guy's I got it fixed I re-ran CCleaner doing removal and reg and a roll back to about a week ago and re-installed Window Blinds and it works like it should now.
