What are some good programs for making quality wallpapers?

I can do the more rudimentary 'papers, but what do ya'll use for those beautiful abstract wallpapers?

yeah... that is it. I have also been using AutoCAD, but that might not be helpful to you.

What I would do is use what you got for a while. It will take more work but you might find you learn allot about making anything that has to do with images. I have been using Photoshop LE of which is not anywhere near the full version but I have been able to do some work on it.
