OD2.1 Minimized apps not previewing correctly

Was testing 2.1 before I upgrade and loving new drag to launch feature but there's one showstopper change I've found. In 2.1 you can no longer preview minimised applications correctly. When hovering over open app in dock the aero preview only shows the top bar rather than the app window. This showed correct preview in 2.0 versions. I've tested on 2 separate win 7 x64 machines with same results. Any idea if this is being worked on or is this expected behaviour now?

ignore this main laptop was win8 retested on win 8 machine and get correct previews, must have forgotten this was behaviour on win 7. Upgraded and working fine now.
