Minidump Error on Startup

Howdy. I've been doing a lot of googling and trying to figure out this problem. But nothing seems to be working. I just bought the game on Steam, and I can't start up the game. The instant it starts up, I get the Minidump error. Any idea on how to fix it? I tried finding the place where the minidumps are being placed, but I can't find that location either, even when I follow the path the error gives me.

I'm so glad I saw this. I bought the game tonight on Steam and am having the exact same problem. I've done alot of searching too and am seeing it could be a "Driver" issue. I've reinstalled 3 times. I could use some help. I've played this game before (on this same laptop) and loved it but if I can't get it working soon I might have to demand my money back. I'd rather get help though and play it.

Minidump files are located at: 

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Sins Dump

If you can zip it up and send it to [email protected], we'll take a look at it.

I appreciate your quick reply. I will get to it tonight when I get home. Until then can you give some very basic instructions on how to "ZIP" the file? What program ill need to download as where I can get it? Sorry, I'm computer-literate at best.

Windows can do it - select the file and right-click it, then Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder.

It's been a bit over a week and I haven't heard anything yet. Is there a number I can call to get my money back for this game? I'd honestly rather play it-it's a great game-but at this point I'm not sure if I'm to be getting any timely help.
