Rebellion Settings File in Vista -- where is it?

I just installed Rebellion on my laptop (running Vista) and I want to turn off the opening cinematic, but I cannot find the settings file or even the Rebellion settings older. I know it should be in <>AppData/Ironclad Games/ but I don't see the "Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion" folder (just the older Trinity folder) and I have my folder options set to show hidden files. So where the heck are my settings files for Rebellion?

I found it thanks to Zubaz's help on the Stardock IRC:

C:\Users\<name>\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Setting

So it is NOT in AppData, at least for Vista, but rather in this Documents/My Games folder.

Rebellion data was never in the AppData folder, for any OS. Only Trinity has it's stuff there.
