ObjectDock has stopped working

Hi,

 

My ObjectDock 2.1 stop working after i restarted my computer showing me "ObjectDock has stopped working"

So i tried reinstalling but the same thing happens over and over again.

Please help.

bought the software already, installed, but no difference leh.. any advise? hmm..

Look in your Documents folder. Whenever Objectdock stops working a zip file is created detailing the problem. Send the zip file to Stardock/support. Perhaps a solution can be found.

Hi,

Corrections, it's not whenever OD stops working.. 

It should be it never worked.
Once i installed, the program will auto run OD and the OD stop working message will come up.

And there is no files being created at my Document folder.. there are folders etc but no zip files..

ehhm OD version 2.1 works only on Windows 7 and 8

and also look for the crash reports into the OD main folder

I'm using Win8 Pro and the OD version i've downloaded is ver 2.10

After checking the software compatibility, i found out that it's compatible with Windows XP SP 3

Have they not detect my com as Win8?

This is quite disturbing...

Please download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe
This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send the .zip file it creates on the desktop to [email protected]

It's been 6 days since i've bought the software for my Windows 8 but till now, i am not been able to use it.

What's the issue i am not told.

Hope they could really do something to my problem..
