Need help finding a mod...

So the mod I need some help finding a mod.

 

The mod was like an alternate universe mod where they had America, Russia, and Germany as the sides. I can't remember the name for the life of me. Any help would be awesome. I was just wondering how the mod was coming along and such reason I need help with the name or does someone have a direct link?

They took their IP and decided to do something different. The mod is dead but the IP isn't.
