Galaxy Forge HELP!

Can't figure how to get Galaxy Forge to work

Hi, I'm pretty dumb when it comes to getting programs to work. I'd like to use galaxy forge to manipulate how SoaSE maps are made. I have SoaSE Trinity and I have downloaded Galaxy Forge from this website. I also attempted downloaded .Net 2.0 but it isn't compatable with Windows Vista. Is there another program that will run Galaxy Forge? help please!

from what I remember it was dot net 3.5 that galaxyforge 3 needs, but I also have a memory of having to load several dot nets just to make sure that it would not have issues
