new dlc makes making maps impossable

ok so I tried redling sins reb and anything I make with galaxy forge does not work it just auto goes to military victory cause nothing in the map spawns

I just loaded one of my older Galaxy Forge maps, it worked just fine. Make sure you gave all players a planet under control and specify a planet to be a homeworld for each.
