LogonStudio error message question

I keep getting the following error message every time I try to apply three of the logons I am working on.

Value creation failed " at line 14

What might be causing this error message?

Ok, it turns out to be caused by the faulty conversion of .jpg to .bmp for Bitmap_100.bmp

when i convert it to a bitmap it shows up all messed up and missing chunks of the pic execpt in preview mode.
