New email address

I was wanting to reinstall Sins but I can't download the game now because I had since changed my email address. I can't reactivate my account because of a "conversion" process of my old account had reset my password, which is being sent to my old email address. I originally purchased the game back in 2008. Any instructions on how to change my email address of my old account in order to access the download? Thanks.

If you want to change your account information please visit the site below to access your Stardock account:

Even if you no longer have access to the email address you used to set up your account with Stardock, you can still use it to log in and change it here. You can use this site to change other account information as well.

If you no longer remember your password, you can reset it here:

https://services.stardock.net/accounts/resetpassword.aspx

For password resets where you no longer have access to an old email address, we can update your account for you, however, we will need more information for verification purposes. We require at least two of the following: your full name, address at the time of your last purchase, order number, serial number. You can send that to [email protected] and we will take care of it.
