Windows 8 Screen scaling

Hello I just got a new 15" notebook with a high resolution display (2880x1620) which forces me to use the windows 8 screen scaling.

Now I've set it to 200% the problem is object dock is scaling with it but I want OD to reserve the screen space at the bottom.

It reserves 33pixels but the icons are doubled in size and ugly due to the windows 200% scaling (256x256.png icons)

I'm using Windows 8.1
