Compatibility and conversion of theme elements

Is there a way to incorporate a visual style or .theme extension file using my Stardock software? I'm very interested in the work of this gentleman http://solmiler.deviantart.com/gallery/ and would be very grateful for any advice in this matter. I'm somewhat proficient with graphics work but my experience with Stardock tools is still limited as I've only recently purchased them.

I'm hanging out in #[email protected] if anyone is feeling charitable with their knowledge

I should also add that my motivations are purely for my own amusement. I'm not looking to rip or resubmit the work for any commercial or even social purpose.
