[bug] Vasari Loyalist "Phase Stabilization" research doesn't seem to work

Simple as that. I researched it and jumped my titan through an enemy gravwell with an enemy SB in it.

Result: Damaged hull, zero AM as I exit the phase jump.

 

I had to jump through a phase inhibitor as well ; maybe the combination of PI and SB makes the research bug out and cease to work.

Interesting, thanks for the heads up. I also noticed the "15% hull, 50% AM" thing on enemy ships, but I kinda thought that it may be some Advent trick that I didn't know of (I dunno, maybe a hidden effect of a certain level of their titan research line?).

No. It's a separate buff that is erroneously applied to enemy ships in the presence of one of your starbases. You can see this if you finish researching it while an enemy is in your grav well; the ships get the normal penalty plus the half-penalty (so -150% AM and -45% hull). Only VLs have jump stabilisation so there is definitely a bug.
