Configure objectdock not loading win 7 64bit

I purchased Objectdock and it loads ok I just cannot access configure window. I click on the icon and nothing happens. Any clues?

To access the config window you need to right click on the dock itself then go to settings. That will open it.

I tried that, it starts thinking but no window opens........
